Tots and their parents will enjoy 50 minutes of supervised fun and leaning! This program is geared towards children ages 18 months to 3 years. All activities are directed towards advancing your child’s coordination and motor skills while interacting and socializing with other children. Age-appropriate equipment ensures the safety and success in learning. Our giant foam pit will be a sure delight and entertain your active gymnast. Parent or caregiver participation is required

Our Classes are designed for your active pre-schooler to learn basic gymnastics skills on the balance beam, uneven bars, vault, floor and many other pieces of apparatus that will enhance their learning. Your child will enjoy our trampolines and giant foam pit as part of their skill development. Our excellent pupil-teacher ratio will help develop your child’s strength, coordination and large motor skills during this optimal developmental period of their life.
These classes offer a lot of positive attention and praise as your child safely begins their gymnastics experience.

Our developmental girls program offers training on the four Olympic events as well as trampoline. This program also concentrates on developing tumbling skills which can be used later in competitive gymnastics, cheerleading or just for fun. Our classes use the USA Gymnastics developmental program which teaches basic routines on the Vault, Uneven bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise and Trampoline.

Our developmental boys program is a high energetic class designed for active students to learn basic gymnastics skills. Our low pupil-teacher ratio helps give students individual training n trampoline, parallel bars, rings and many more activities that develops the physical and mental foundation for young male athletes. Gymnastics is such a fundamental sport that helps enhance strength, flexibility and coordination which can be transferred to any sport.
Cheerleading & Tumbling
