 Thank you for participating in the 2009 Gymnastics Club Survey.   Following are the summarized results.   If you have additional comments or questions, please contact Sam Barto, 661-8064 or Jan Castelli, 661-5618.

 

We are proud to announce the ConocoPhillips Gymnastics Club and Staff received a 98% approval rating, which exceeds the 2008 rating.  In addition, the Club’s approval rating improved on every survey question since last year’s survey!  Thank you for noticing our efforts this past year.

 

We take your comments seriously and put extra effort into to improving in the areas that were most important to you.  Following are some of the highlights and improvements we made in 2009:

Þ     Enhanced skill charts for students and parents that are visible

Þ     Communications before and after classes  - coaches are available in the lobby

Þ     Enhanced Gymnastics website (classes, newsletters, announcements, schedules, etc.)

Þ     Pre-announced fire and tornado drills with students and parents –safety issues improved significantly

Þ     Facility improvements:  building roof repairs, parking resurfaced & stripped and improved drainage, and several new pieces of equipment and mats

Þ     Improved program curriculum and  communicating goals more clearly

Þ     Overall customer service rating improved

 

 While we are most proud of our improvements and accomplishments, there are areas we would like to do better:

Þ     A higher communication and customer service rating, even though both areas have improved.  We want to do much better in responding and meeting your expectations

Þ     The highest area of concern related to the overcrowded conditions at the facility and the restroom facilities. 52% of all the comments were related to facility conditions and space.

 

We will continue to work on our facility challenges and hope when the time is right, we will be able to make some structural changes that will improve conditions.  We thank you for your patience while we continue to work on some of these items.  

 

The gymnastics staff and gymnasts feel that 2009 was one of the best and most successful years ever.  We plan to work very hard to have another great season in 2010.  As always, safety is our highest priority and we will continue to keep safety issues as a priority for the staff, students and parents.
